South Regional Development Agency as contracting authority carried out on 10 August 2018 the opening of bids under the repeated public tender for procurement of design services related to increasing energy efficiency measures for the project implemented with German Government support via the German Development Cooperation through GIZ: Theoretical Lyceum ‘Matei Basarab’, Basarabeasca town.
Only one bid was submitted at the public tender launched by South RDA. The working group consisting of South RDA, GIZ, LPA and civil society representatives proceeded with the opening of the bid in the presence of the economic operator representatives.
The contract awarding procedure will strictly adhere to rules provided in the Regulation (GIZ PRAG) developed based on the provisions of the Practical EU Guide PRAG1 for service and works contracts. Observance of these rules will ensure an objective, transparent and non-discriminatory choice of contractors with competitive bids at best value for money or best prices, following, at the same time the efficiency of using public funds.
