Accountants and financial specialists of North, Centre, South and ATU Gagauzia Regional Development Agencies are trained in the field of national accounting standards with regard to new legislative regulations

On 20-21 March the Association of Professional Accountants and Auditors of the Republic of Moldova (ACAP) is carrying out the training course on ‘National Accounting Standards with regard to new legislative amendments’, a measure supported by the ‘Modernization of Local Public Services in the Republic of Moldova’ (MLPS) project implemented by the German Development Cooperation through GIZ.

The objective of the course is to improve and strengthen the participants’ knowledge in the field of accountancy concerning:
• accounting records of operations,
• main amendments and complements to the labour legislation,
• State Social Insurance budget,
• peculiarities of calculating and accounting the income tax at source of payment,
• legal liability for infringements committed upon calculating, accounting and paying income tax at source of payment,
• Calculation of depreciation for tax purposes according to the amendments introduced in the Tax Code of the Republic of Moldova,
• filling in an Income Tax Declaration,
• amendments and calculation of local taxes and charges.

The course is organised by the Association of Professional Accountants and Auditors from the Republic of Moldova (ACAP) with the involvement of specialists and experts from the Tax Inspectorate, Ministry of Finance and State Labour Inspection.
