The German Development Cooperation through GIZ is announcing a tender for the elaboration of documents for the approval procedure for Baling Station in Primaria Soldanesti.
The required engineering services include a complete set of all necessary documents for the approval process and assisting the municipality in receiving the respective approvals. The company shall provide these documents and shall facilitate the approval process until final approval for operation has been granted.
The offers shall include:
- technical offer in original (showing original signature and stamp), corresponding to the positions described in the Terms of Reference;
- financial offer (at 0% TVA), including the terms and conditions of final product delivery;
- company description (company profile), team qualifications (CVs of team members), contact data, showing the responsible for the offer;
- copy of the registration certificate, as well as of other licenses and permits available;
- bank data of the company and no-debts confirmation from the state tax inspection (or copy of the latest financial report).
Offers shall be submitted in sealed envelopes, indicating tender title and number.
Interested companies shall file applications at the GIZ Moldova Office (31A Bulgara St., Chisinau, MD-2001) not later than 11 October 2013, time 17:00.
