On November 16, 2013, the regular meeting of the State Technical and Economic Council of the Agency for Land Relations and Cadastre, established under the Activity Plan for 2012, coordinated with sectoral institutions and approved by the Director General of the Agency on 16 March was held, where the reports and the proposals for solution of problems specific for the Agency’s areas of activity were presented by the heads of departments, units and services of the Agency, other officials of state enterprises in which the Agency acts as the founder and administrative authorities and institutions subordinated to the Agency.
The meeting was moderated by Mr Ştefan Crigan, Chair of the Council, Deputy General Director of the Agency. The meeting participants discussed issues related to the development and approval of the Regulation on the register of objects of engineering infrastructure, reviewed the procedure of drafting cadastral plans of engineering infrastructure objects, analyzed technological principles of execution of graphic (quantitative and qualitative) records of the land using the ortho-photo plan – 40 for the preparation of the General Land Cadastre, reported on the progress of the works contracted for 2012 and delimitation of public property land, as well as on implementation of the Work Plan of the Agency for Land Relations and Cadastre for 2012 and what remained to be done.
The thorough discussions of these issues will clearly contribute to improving the work of the Agency, and the next meeting of the State Technical and Economic Council of the Agency for Land Relations and Cadastre Agency is scheduled for December this year.
