On 15 April this year was launched the call for proposals for Territorial Cooperation Programme Republic of Moldova – Ukraine, funded under the Eastern Partnership (link: http://eaptc-ma.eu/en/page/cat/4/moldova—ukraine/).
In order to provide advice and assistance to local public administration authorities in the efficient development of project proposals for the programme, the Academy of Public Administration with the support of the German Development Cooperation through GIZ, will organize training courses for personnel involved in the drafting of projects.
The courses will be held in two sessions.
Given the practicality of sessions, local public authorities are invited to participate in these trainings according to the following requirements:
- authority has clear intentions to develop a project proposal within that programme and project idea identified;
- authority has collaboration relationships with potential partners in the eligible areas from Ukraine (Chernivtsi, Odessa, Vinnitsa);
- the person directly involved in the development of project proposal will be delegated to attend the training.
In this context, the authorities are requested to communicate, until 12 May 2015, the name, surname and position of the persons delegated to these courses by phone: 078 88 48 09 or e-mail ddp@aap.gov.md.
Also, note that:
- lessons start at 09.00;
- costs related to accommodation, lunch and coffee breaks will be covered by the organizers of training seminars;
- accommodation at the Academy’s hostel will start on the eve of the beginning of the course.
