The objective is to provide with drinking water the citizens from the localities concerned and to improve the quality of the water consumed. The total value of the project is about 6 million MDL. The project is funded from two sources: the National Regional Development Fund and the Polish Embassy. Further, with the support of the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) the main pipeline Leova – Iargara will be constructed and we will be able to connect the final consumer to drinking water. Thus, I express my gratitude to the foreign partners that invest in the regions of our country to improve the standards of living of our citizens and that are confident that the money will be used”, Vasile Bitca, the Minister of Regional Development and Construction, said.
