This event is a continuation of the seminar ‘Regional Rural Governance: from Concept to Practice’, organized with the support of GIZ, the first module being held in June 2013 in Germany, and module two – in November 2013 in Montenegro. First module aimed at developing the participants’ skills in conceptual analysis of Regional Rural Governance (RRG) and their application in regional development. Between these two modules (July-October 2014), participants from RM developed the case study ‘RDCs capacity building in regional governance’. This study was presented and analysed in module two held in Montenegro where was agreed with  experts to proceed with the organization of a practice session in RM with the participation of RDCs and RDAs, which aims to develop their ability to perceive ‘ regional governance’ concept and develop new mechanisms of governance at regional level.
